Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Trinity Go Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use Tago, also known as Maklom (the “Service”), a Go/Baduk tournament management platform. We are the data controller for the Service under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).
The tournament organizer whose event you take part in may also be a controller of your registration data. Where the organizer collects your data (for example through a registration form) and asks us to process it, we act on their instructions for that data.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health, religion, or biometric data). Please do not include such information in free-text fields or photos.
2. Children and minors
Many participants are school-age students. When a minor is registered by a tournament organizer, the organizer is responsible for obtaining consent from the minor’s parent or legal guardian as required by the PDPA before registration data is entered into the Service. If you believe we hold data about a minor without appropriate consent, contact us and we will act promptly.

4. What other users can see
The live boards, results pages, and applicant lists are visible to anyone who is signed in to the Service, including spectators and other participants. They show player name, affiliation, rank, division, table, pairing, result, standing, and any result evidence photo. They never show phone numbers, email addresses, LINE identifiers, or account identifiers. Tournament organizers may also display or print this information at the venue. Because this information is shared with other users, it may be viewed or copied by them.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as follows:
- Tournament organizers and referees of events you take part in, so they can run the event. They see contact details for the players in their tournament.
- Service providers (data processors) that host or support the Service under contract and process data only on our instructions:
- Clerk — identity and sign-in (account data, session tokens).
- Google Cloud / Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database) — primary database and live state.
- Cloudflare R2 — storage for profile photos, club logos, and result evidence photos.
- New Relic — application performance monitoring, error tracking, and structured logs.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate product analytics (no names or contact details are sent).
- LINE Corporation — delivery of LINE notifications and LINE mini-app sign-in.
- Google (Sheets/Forms) — where the organizer collects registrations there and imports them into the Service.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of participants, the organizer, or us.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above store or process data outside Thailand. Where personal data is transferred abroad we rely on the provider’s adequate data-protection standards and contractual commitments consistent with section 28 of the PDPA, or on your consent where applicable.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
- Strictly necessary: Clerk session cookies that keep you signed in, and a locale cookie that remembers your language choice.
- Performance: New Relic browser monitoring collects page-load timing and errors.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies measure aggregate usage. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings; the Service still works without them.
8. How long we keep data
- Account and profile data: for as long as your account exists, and up to 90 days after deletion to complete removal from backups.
- Tournament records (registrations, pairings, results, standings, result evidence): retained as the historical archive of the tournament for as long as the organizer publishes that tournament’s results. Where you request erasure, we will remove or anonymise your contact details and, where the organizer agrees, replace your name in the published record.
- Technical logs and monitoring data: typically 30–90 days.
- Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention settings, up to 14 months.
9. Security
We protect personal data with measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls tied to your role, server-side authorization on every write operation, presigned time-limited links for file uploads and downloads, secrets kept out of source code, and structured logging that excludes personal data. No system is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify the Personal Data Protection Committee and, where required, you, within the periods the PDPA prescribes.
10. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may, subject to legal conditions:
- access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data (you can edit most profile fields yourself);
- request erasure or anonymisation of your data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible;
- withdraw consent at any time (for example by turning off notifications), without affecting processing before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. Requests concerning a minor may be made by their parent or legal guardian.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. For material changes we will notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect.
12. Language
This Policy is provided in English and Thai. In case of any inconsistency, the Thai version shall prevail.

4. สิ่งที่ผู้ใช้รายอื่นเห็นได้
กระดานถ่ายทอดสด หน้าผลการแข่งขัน และรายชื่อผู้สมัคร แสดงแก่ผู้ใช้ทุกคนที่เข้าสู่ระบบบริการ รวมถึงผู้ชมและผู้เข้าร่วมรายอื่น โดยแสดงชื่อผู้เล่น สังกัด ระดับฝีมือ รุ่น โต๊ะ การจับคู่ ผล อันดับ และภาพหลักฐานผลการแข่งขัน (ถ้ามี) แต่จะไม่แสดงหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ อีเมล ตัวระบุ LINE หรือตัวระบุบัญชี ผู้จัดการแข่งขันอาจแสดงหรือพิมพ์ข้อมูลนี้ ณ สถานที่แข่งขันด้วย เนื่องจากข้อมูลนี้แบ่งปันกับผู้ใช้รายอื่น ผู้ใช้เหล่านั้นอาจดูหรือคัดลอกได้
5. เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้ใคร
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเฉพาะในกรณีต่อไปนี้:
- ผู้จัดการแข่งขันและกรรมการของการแข่งขันที่ท่านเข้าร่วม เพื่อดำเนินการแข่งขัน โดยจะเห็นข้อมูลติดต่อของผู้เล่นในการแข่งขันของตน
- ผู้ให้บริการ (ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูล) ที่โฮสต์หรือสนับสนุนบริการภายใต้สัญญา และประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของเราเท่านั้น:

6. การส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายข้างต้นจัดเก็บหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย ในกรณีที่มีการส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปต่างประเทศ เราอาศัยมาตรฐานคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เพียงพอของผู้ให้บริการและข้อผูกพันตามสัญญาที่สอดคล้องกับมาตรา 28 ของ PDPA หรืออาศัยความยินยอมของท่านตามแต่กรณี
7. คุกกี้และเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายกัน
- จำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง: คุกกี้เซสชันของ Clerk ที่ทำให้ท่านยังคงเข้าสู่ระบบอยู่ และคุกกี้ภาษาที่จดจำภาษาที่ท่านเลือก
- ประสิทธิภาพ: การตรวจสอบเบราว์เซอร์ของ New Relic เก็บเวลาโหลดหน้าและข้อผิดพลาด
- วิเคราะห์: คุกกี้ Google Analytics 4 วัดการใช้งานในภาพรวม ท่านสามารถบล็อกคุกกี้วิเคราะห์ผ่านการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ได้ บริการยังคงใช้งานได้โดยไม่มีคุกกี้เหล่านี้
8. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
- ข้อมูลบัญชีและโปรไฟล์: ตลอดระยะเวลาที่บัญชีของท่านมีอยู่ และไม่เกิน 90 วันหลังการลบเพื่อลบออกจากข้อมูลสำรองให้เสร็จสิ้น
- บันทึกการแข่งขัน (การลงทะเบียน การจับคู่ ผล อันดับ หลักฐานผล): เก็บรักษาเป็นบันทึกประวัติของการแข่งขันตราบเท่าที่ผู้จัดยังเผยแพร่ผลการแข่งขันนั้น หากท่านขอให้ลบ เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลติดต่อของท่านไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ และแทนที่ชื่อของท่านในบันทึกที่เผยแพร่หากผู้จัดเห็นชอบ
- ล็อกทางเทคนิคและข้อมูลตรวจสอบ: โดยทั่วไป 30–90 วัน
- ข้อมูลวิเคราะห์: ตามการตั้งค่าการเก็บรักษาของ Google Analytics ไม่เกิน 14 เดือน
9. ความปลอดภัย
เราคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลด้วยมาตรการที่เหมาะสมกับความเสี่ยง รวมถึงการเข้ารหัสระหว่างการส่ง การควบคุมการเข้าถึงตามบทบาท การตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ที่ฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในทุกการเขียนข้อมูล ลิงก์แบบมีลายเซ็นและจำกัดเวลาสำหรับการอัปโหลดและดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ การเก็บความลับไว้นอกซอร์สโค้ด และการบันทึกล็อกเชิงโครงสร้างที่ไม่รวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยสมบูรณ์ หากเราทราบถึงการรั่วไหลที่กระทบข้อมูลของท่าน เราจะแจ้งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแจ้งท่านเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด ภายในระยะเวลาที่ PDPA กำหนด
10. สิทธิของท่าน
ภายใต้ PDPA และเงื่อนไขตามกฎหมาย ท่านมีสิทธิ:
- ขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
- ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่สมบูรณ์ (ท่านแก้ไขข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ส่วนใหญ่ได้ด้วยตนเอง)
- ขอลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
- ขอระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
- คัดค้านการประมวลผลที่อาศัยฐานประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
- ขอรับข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้ด้วยเครื่อง และขอให้ส่งไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายอื่นเมื่อสามารถทำได้ทางเทคนิค
- ถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ (เช่น ปิดการแจ้งเตือน) โดยไม่กระทบการประมวลผลก่อนการถอน
- ร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
หากต้องการใช้สิทธิ โปรดติดต่อเราตามรายละเอียดด้านล่าง เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน และอาจต้องยืนยันตัวตนของท่านก่อน คำขอเกี่ยวกับผู้เยาว์สามารถยื่นโดยบิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมาย
11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว วันที่ “ปรับปรุงล่าสุด” แสดงฉบับปัจจุบัน สำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งท่านผ่านบริการหรือทางอีเมลก่อนมีผลบังคับใช้
12. ภาษา
นโยบายนี้จัดทำเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย ในกรณีที่มีความไม่สอดคล้องกัน ให้ถือฉบับภาษาไทยเป็นหลัก
